ETHICAL CONDUCT
Conflict of Interest
Suppliers are expected to disclose to Sole Networks any situation that may appear as a conflict of interest, and disclose to a Sole Networks' employee or partner under contract with Sole Networks that may have an interest of any kind in the supplier's business or any kind of economic ties with the supplier. Suppliers are expected to not have any other business or personal arrangements (outside of this contract) with any employee of Sole Networks or its Client(s), either directly or indirectly through other associated companies or partnerships/arrangements with our knowledge or authorized by Sole Networks. Suppliers are also expected not to try to influence the decision of any Sole Networks employee or Sole Networks Client(s) employee in an unethical or coercive manner.
Corruption
Sole Networks expects its suppliers to adhere to the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct, to abide by local laws and not engage in any form of corrupt practices, including but not limited to extortion, fraud, or bribery. Suppliers are expected not to engage in any unethical transactions or irregular payments with/to any Government Authority/Department on behalf of Sole Networks or its Client(s), or citing Sole Networks or its Client(s) as the beneficiary.
Gifts and Hospitality
Sole Networks expects its suppliers not to offer any benefit such as free goods or services, employment or sales opportunities to a Sole Networks employee in order to facilitate the suppliers’ business with Sole Networks. Where any favors, gifts etc. have been given or accepted, a list of all such gifts is provided.
Non-adherence to these principles will be a factor in considering whether a supplier is deemed eligible to be registered to do business with Sole Networks. We encourage suppliers to improve their business practices in accordance with the principles set out in this Code of Conduct.
